Hoho. my first night shift in my new job is... now 40 minutes old. 11 hours 20 minutes to go. rinse and repeat three more times.

recent news is I moved to Brisbane for a job with an electricity transmission company. shift work, but much better pay, and the chance to study whilst I work. seems to be going along ok at the moment, but I'm olny half way through the shift cycle, and the first half is the easiest.
